The 4 Steps to Know to Make Your Next Roof Replacement as Painless as Possible

Initial Roof Inspection

River Oaks Roofing will come out for an initial inspection to determine if there is any damage. Our inspection will note any damage to the roof, gutters, all metals on the roof, and take all photos needed.

Filing an Insurance Claim

After your inspection, our inspector will let you know if you have any damage that would warrant making a claim. After you have filed your claim, your insurance provider will provide you with a claim number and an adjuster inspection date.

At this time, be sure to call our office and let us know the date of the adjuster meeting where we can have one of our inspectors on-site to represent you and ensure that all damage is covered by your insurance company.

Receiving Your Damage Report From Your Insurance Provider

Once received the next step is to forward the documents to River Oaks Roofing where we can ensure that all of the property damage is covered completely. If anything is left off from the insurance adjuster’s original estimate, our claims specialists will handle all disputes on your behalf to assure that you get the best roofing system fully covered without making any sacrifices on quality.
